HOW IT WORKS
Refer a Friend July - September 2024 Promotion
IITR is offering a special promotion to a selection of our valued NSW customers ! Let your friends and family know about IITR’s services if they need a replacement vehicle after a not-at-fault accident. If they are eligible, receive a $400 E-Gift Card.
Application Form “Refer A Friend”
Invite your friends or family to visit IITR’s website. In the “How did you hear about us?” section of the application form, they should select the “Refer a Friend” option. Our Accident Management Specialists will then ask for your name as the refer.
Eligibility Check
IITR will review your family or friend’s application to determine their eligibility for a replacement vehicle and review the NSW selected promotion refer list.
The following promotion is only eligible to select email recipients.
Receive Your Reward
Once your family or friend’s eligibility is confirmed and they receive the replacement vehicle, after 7 days IITR will process your referral reward. You will receive a $400 e-gift card as a token of appreciation for referring a new customer to IITR.
Terms and Conditions
- The referral reward is applicable only when referring new customers who have not previously used IITR’s services.
- The referring individual must ensure that the family or friend they refer selects the “Refer a Friend” option in the application form.
- The $400 e-gift card will be issued after the referred friend has been deemed eligible and has received the replacement vehicle for a minimum hire period of 7 days.
- IITR reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time. This promotion will run between the 1st of July 2024 ending the 30th of September 2024. After this period the refer a friend amount will continue back to a $250 E-Gift Card.

1. Introduction
(a) The I’m In The Right (“IITR”) Refer a Friend Program is a referral program intended to reward current and former IITR customers who refer a friend or family member to IITR.
(b) By participating in the IITR Refer a Friend Program (the “Promotion”), you (the “Referrer”) are accepting these terms and conditions (the “Terms”) and agreeing to IITR contacting you about the Promotion. This promotion is only eligible to select email recipients.
2. Promotion Period
(a) The Promotion runs from the 1st of July 2024 until the 30th of September 2024(the “Promotion Period”).
(b) IITR reserves the right to end the Promotion Period early.
3. Referral Rewards
(a) A “Referral Reward” consists of a $400 e-gift card for each friend or family member (the “Referee”) referred to IITR.
(b) Referral Rewards are non-transferable and non-negotiable.
4. Eligibility
(a) The Referrer must be a current or former IITR customer.
(b) The Referee must provide the Referrer’s membership number when applying for an accident replacement vehicle with IITR.
(c) The Referee must be eligible for an accident replacement vehicle, as determined by IITR in its absolute discretion.
(d) The Referee must sign the I’m in the Right Hire and Recovery Agreement and abide by its terms.
(e) The Referee must hire an accident replacement vehicle for a minimum period of 7 days.
(f) The Referrer must provide any details that IITR reasonably requires to issue the Referral Reward to the Referrer
5. The Promotion
(a) If a Referee correctly follows the steps in clauses 5(b) and (c) and satisfies the eligibility criteria in clause 4, the Referrer will be eligible for a Referral Reward.
(b) If applying online, the Referee must click on “Apply,” complete the online form, select “Refer a Friend Program,” and enter the Referrer’s membership number.
(c) If applying by phone, the Referee must provide the Referrer’s membership number to an IITR team member.
6. Payment
(a) You will receive the Referral Reward via email within 14 days after the eligibility criteria in clause 4 are satisfied (i.e., typically 14 days after the end of the 7-day minimum hire period).
7. Other Important Information
(a) IITR may:
(i) Stop you from participating in the Promotion or claiming a Referral Reward,
(ii) Revoke any Referral Rewards, or
(iii) Block you from participating in future promotional activities in each case, if it considers, in its reasonable opinion, that you are acting contrary to these Terms, the spirit of these Terms, or that you are unfairly taking advantage of or abusing the Promotion in any way. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your participation in the Promotion or from your enjoyment of a Referral Reward.
(b) This offer is not available in conjunction with any other promotion unless expressly indicated.
(c) These Terms are subject to change by IITR at any time without notice.
